Excellent food, friendly staff, and the hibachi chef was wonderful. Owner walks the restaurant insuring all is working, a very good sign. But most important, in my book, bathrooms were impeccably clean; a sign they care to the small, often overlooked, details. Explains why they are always busy.

It has some of the best Japanese chefs in Tuscaloosa, what can I say? They're AWESOME!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that on a Friday evening we were seated immediately, and our chef arrived at the grill shortly thereafter. Our chef was entertaining and easy to talk to. The grilled tofu and vegetables was made perfectly. Everyone in our party was pleased with their food as well. They serve big portions so expect a take home box. All in all a great experience and I'll likely be back!

Great food, great friendly service. Roll tide roll, and fried calamari were both super tasty.
